Lily & Co. Stables is a boutique equestrian retreat located on 20 beautifully maintained acres at Cross Prairie Estate. Anchored by a stately manor house, the property blends elegance with functionality, offering a peaceful yet prestigious setting for both horses and their owners.

Our stables include seven thoughtfully designed 12 x 14 stalls, each equipped with rubber mats, fans, to ensure maximum comfort and care. A private run off the back of the barn provides direct access to turnout and fresh air, ideal for horses who thrive on movement and sunlight.

The pastures are lush and spacious, Each field features shaded structures that provide shade throughout the day and automatic water troughs, ensuring horses stay cool and hydrated even in Florida’s warmer months.

The tack room is fully kitted out with saddle racks, bridle holders, hanging rails, and individual lockers blending high-end function with polished organization.

Our riding arena is currently under construction and will be ready in time for our grand opening. Designed to accommodate riders of all disciplines, the arena will be generously sized for year-round performance.

  Individually tailored grain feedings based on each horse’s nutritional needs, administered two to three times per day.

• Premium Hay Offered 3 Times Daily
  Your choice of Timothy/Alfalfa mix, straight Alfalfa, or Coastal hay — provided three times daily for optimal digestion and grazing behavior.

• Stall Cleaning Twice Daily
  Stalls cleaned thoroughly twice per day with fresh bedding added as needed to ensure comfort and hygiene.

• Day or Night Turnout Options
  Flexible turnout schedules offered to suit your horse’s temperament and the seasonal weather conditions.

• Laundry Services
  Professional laundering of saddle pads, wraps, and other soft gear included for added convenience and cleanliness.

• Blanketing & Booting Services
  Fly masks, fly spray, boots, and blankets applied as needed — all included in your board, no extra fees.

• Holding for Vet & Farrier
  We coordinate and provide on-site assistance for scheduled farrier and veterinary visits at no additional cost.

• Daily Health & Wellness Checks
  Hands-on wellness checks conducted each day.

• 24-Hour Onsite Supervision
  Your horse is never alone — trained staff are on the property 24/7 to respond to emergencies or provide care.
